Stern fishing trawler for harvesting of bottom fish species located in northern Atlantic, Barents and Norwegian seas, wet fish processing, storing of the frozen fish and delivery ashore. For the Eastern region a modified version of trawler was also developed which required additional features such as specialized winches and other equipment. The approximate hold capacity is between 90-100 tons of freshly harvested fish with a daily production rate not less than 30 tons.
The trawler was developed from the best trawler prototypes of the same category operating within the North Atlantic. The vessel is a trawler with a freezing capacity of 30 tons of fish product on a daily basis while having the capacity to operate under double trawl setting with a bollard pull of 40 tons at 4 knots. CFD and pool tests have proved the vessel's speed and bollard pool characteristics. Optionally the vessel could be also lengthened up to 43,5 m. The vessel is designed to be efficient with comfortable crew conditions with low maintenance requirements which increase the overall economical output for maritime operators. The freezing hold capacity is approximately 300 tons of frozen fish products at -28C. The vessel's accomodation is designed for comfortable living of 22 crewmembers. The trawler could be equipped with Danish seine.
The project was made for the group of north-west shipowners based on the European prototype. The trawler can operate both on bottom and pelagic species with double trawl capacity as the vessel is handily equipped with 3 trawl winches. The freezing hold capacity is approximately 280 tons. The vessel has a dedicated canning factory section and compact can hold section and could also be equipped with a Danish seine.
The project is developed by the order of a north-west located fishery company. The vessel is designed to operate on bottom and pelagic species, fish-processing including filleting, producing cans, fishmeal and fish oil. The vessel is equipped with a relatively large fish-factory section, fishmeal plant and canning factory. The double-trawl capacity allows the vessel to catch bottom or pelagic species, and shrimps. Could be equipped with Danish seine along with robust capacity upgrades such as or combined winches, caviar factory and other options depending on client requirements. The hull length and improved seaworthiness abilities are designed to facilitate vessel effectiveness both in Atlantic waters, northern waters and in Pacific regions.
The project of the crab catching vessel was developed by order of the Far Eastern Fishing Company. The purpose of the vessel is to carry out and conduct fishing for all types of crabs with cone traps and hauling on board, followed by sorting, reloading into baskets and transporting live crabs in special insulated tanks with chilled sea water (RSW-tanks).
The vessel can be built both for the transport of live catch and as a crab-processor version with a factory and holds for storing frozen products.
